Shannon Sweeney founded Sweeney Real Estate & Development in 1993 as a Real Estate Brokerage and General Contracting company, focusing mainly on single family, custom homes in the Aspen area.  Since then, Shannon has developed,  built, and sold over 40 single family homes, and transacted many more real estate deals.

Shannon lives in Aspen with his wife Pam of 20 years and his awesome 4 kids.

I view Real Estate with a passion thats different from most people. It's truly my love. I look at new projects from a different lens. Not just how to build something with style but taking in the surroundings and subtle nuances of the area.
